Apple offers Final Cut Pro X and Logic Pro X free for 90 days

Now working from home, self-isolating, and even being forced to stay inside due to a lockdown is many people’s day to day life, having the right tools to do some creative tasks could be an absolute necessity. Usually, you’re able to get free trials of most software out there but these predominantly last 30 days maximum, which at this period in time, might just not be enough. Luckily, for those Mac users, Apple has extended the free trial of Final Cut Pro X to a lengthy 90 days, coupled with the introduction of a Logic Pro X trial, again, for 90 days.

This is a great move by Apple, enabling creatives looking to try out the respective software for three months, possibly even doing some good with it. Logic Pro X

  • macOS 10.13.6 or later
  • 4GB of RAM
  • OpenCL-capable graphics card (or Intel HD Graphics 3000 or later)
  • 6GB of disk space for basic installation (up to 63GB for the full Sound Library)
